AKRON, Ohio -- In part by April snow showers, Lee Jackson Field was deamed unplayable for the rest of the weeked. Akron and Northern Illinois have officialy cancelled the third game in its three-game weekend series. The Zips and Huskies played two yesterday and split the double-header action before calling off game three.
Akron returns to action on April 13th, for a twinbill with Buffalo at Lee Jackson Field. First pitch is set for 1 p.m.
