West Brom sign Crystal Palace defender Imray

West Bromwich Albion have signed Crystal Palace defender Danny Imray on loan for the remainder of the season.

The 22-year-old spent the first half of this term with Blackpool in League One, where he scored twice in 16 appearances.

Imray, who is yet to break into the first team at Palace, was with Bromley in League Two last season - the club's first campaign in the English Football League (EFL).

He becomes Baggies head coach Eric Ramsay's second signing since replacing Ryan Mason at The Hawthorns after the arrival of goalkeeper Max O'Leary.

"I want to come here and play games, but, most importantly, I want to play a part in helping this team move forward," Imray told the club website.
