As everyone clearly expected two hours ago, Kansas State Wildcats have relied on a devastating aerial assault today and hold a 27-7 lead over the UTSA Roadrunners at halftime.
The half effectively ended on a nice 23-yard Skylar Thompson toss to a wide-open Isaiah Zuber. That score was set up after Kendall Adams recovered an unforced fumble by UTSA backup quarterback D.J. Gillins; it was the eighth career turnover credited to Adams.
Thompson has slung two touchdown passes, the first being a beautiful 43-yard drop right into the waiting arms of Dalton Schoen.
