The Brazil captain and five-time Champions League winner joined the club in the summer of 2022 and, since then, he's become a fans' favourite at Old Trafford.
So far, he has made 146 appearances as a Red, scored 21 goals and won two trophies.
As Case explained in our announcement video, he is determined to end the campaign on a high and create more unforgettable moments with our supporters.
