To everyone’s surprise, the Toronto Maple Leafs bounced back, big time from their 7-2 loss to the Florida Panthers Tuesday night.

The only downside to the Leafs victory against the Lightning is that Auston Matthews was held off the scoresheet for his sixth consecutive game, the longest drought of his NHL career. But, it’s a team game and the boys came to play.
