- FOR THE USA: Guzan; Villafana, Besler, Hedges, Zusi; Rowe, McCarty, Acosta, Corona, Arriola; Dwyer - it will be the first USA cap for English-born Dom Dwyer, as well as for Kelyn Rowe, along with the first start for Matt Hedges. Joe Corona makes his first appearance for the national team since July 2015 - he was called up later in 2015 but did not play.
