UTEP Basketball: Miners get a verbal commit from 2016 Guard Trey Wade

The UTEP basketball news cycle has been extremely dormant the past couple of months, but the latest news to come about raises more questions than answers.

Shun Williams from On The Radar Hoops reports that 2016 Georgia guard Trey Wade has committed to UTEP.

According to Williams, the 6’5, 180 pound Wade caught a number of college coaches attention during the final live period this past summer on the AAU circuit.

Wade was committed to play a post grad year at Skills Factory Prep according to a report from Shun Williams in early July, but sources close to Wade have confirmed to Miner Rush that he is a 2016 recruit.
