UTEP coach arrested for DWI last month

UTEP special teams coordinator and special teams coach Don Yanowsky was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated on Nov. 3, according to El Paso County records.

The arrest was first reported by The Prospector, UTEP's student-newspaper.

A UTEP sports spokesman said no comment will be issued on Yanoswky's arrest.

Yanowsky, who's full name is Donald Yanowsky Jr., was arrested by the El Paso Police Department on Nov. 3 and taken to El Paso County's Downtown Jail. He posted the $750 bond and was released.

That was the day UTEP left to play a road game at Middle Tennessee.
