Here is the state of the UTEP football team's offense following an all-too typical 45-10 loss to North Texas Saturday that left the Miners 0-10 and clinched a Conference USA West crown for the Mean Green.
Early in the first quarter, Kahani Smith gave UTEP a brief lead when he rumbled 45 yards for the game's first score, in the process tying him for the team lead in touchdowns.
That problem with that is it was just his second touchdown of the year.
