UTEP player went from hunted to hunter with position change

The third-season position change on a college football team is always a bit of a mess.

For UTEP's Trayvon Hughes, a former tailback who had some injury problems, it meant moving from a place where he had always been comfortable, dating back to his days as a high school star in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex (Hebron High).

Tailback was where Hughes was recruited to play, where his job was to evade, or in his case try to run over, linebackers. Then, suddenly, he was one of those linebackers.
