PULLMAN, Wash. -- Washington State Football held its second scrimmage of the spring Saturday, with the defense shining early and the offense finding its groove late, Saturday afternoon in Pullman.
The defense had the better part of it early, keeping the Cougar offense at bay through the first half of the scrimmage. The offense came back later in the scrimmage as Cammon Cooper found Travell Harris on a 7-yard touchdown pass to account for the first score. Later, Jarrett Guarantano found Lincoln Victor over the middle on a 35-yard touchdown strike.
